Meet Jeannine

Jeannine and her husband, Chris, are currently owners and operators of Groll Family Fitness/Got Health in Preston and Got Health in Providence. She opened her first fitness center in January 2001 in Tremonton, Utah. In January of 2002, her family moved to Preston, Idaho to open It Figures Fitness for Her. In March 2004, they expanded and re-opened as Groll Family Fitness. Jeannine currently works in Preston and Providence as owner of Groll Family Fitness/Got Health with her husband Chris. She enjoys creating health and happiness in herself, her family, her friends, and her community.

How do the B3 Bands Work?

While doing light exercise with the B3 Bands on your arms or legs, the blood exiting out of your venous system back to the heart is slowed down. This reduction in blood flow while doing exercises causes the muscle to fatigue quicker.

When a muscle fatigues, a signal is sent to your brain which results in a surging hormone release. These hormones then send a signal back to your muscles to stimulate them to adapt. This adaptation results in positive changes in the muscle. This hormone release has many other anti-aging and rejuvenating effects on your Body.
