I have always had a passion and drive for personal fitness goals! Building on my National Irish Championship in 2004, I completed a Personal Training Internship with Anytime Fitness in 2011, and earned my NASM Certification with additional training in anatomy and nutrition, above and beyond the basic requirements of NASM.
When away from the gym, I enjoy competitive Irish dancing, any active outdoor activities, and building on my well-rounded background which includes experience in Yoga and Pilates, and blending basic weight training with dynamic fitness training.
